- Regarding statistical data: The Company may create statistical data processed so that individual customers cannot be identified, based on the personal information provided. The Company may use statistical data that cannot identify an individual without any restrictions.
- Regarding questionnaire survey results: The names, affiliated facility names, and affiliated prefectures of medical professionals other than the survey respondents themselves, included in the responses to questionnaire surveys conducted for members/registered workers, will be added to personal information for which consent for third-party provision has been obtained in advance, and provided as reference information to domestic and overseas medical business operators who use our services.
- Regarding the method of provision: This is done by displaying on a web page accessible by entering an ID and password, sending a password-protected file attached to an email, etc., exchanging a recording medium recording this, or exchanging files on a server with restricted access. Regarding our member information and databases created from acquired information, we verify consistency with existing information and update the database. Furthermore, when receiving personal data from a third party, we will confirm the circumstances of acquisition by the third party and acquire it by an appropriate method.
(4) Acquisition and Use of Personal Related Information
The Company may receive from our business partners (meaning our advertising agencies, advertising media, and other partners) the date and time of clicks on our advertisements, information regarding advertising media (ID, site name, etc.), and other personal-related information (as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, excluding information that can identify a specific individual). The Company may acquire and use this personal-related information as personal data by linking it with personal information held by the Company.
